Month Three

In the third month, Members receive a “Dino Box” themed around the Velociraptor  containing:

• High-quality Velociraptor toy from Wild Safari

• Educational book. Velociraptors captured many peoples imaginations as deadly pack hunters after the release of Jurassic Park. The movie did not accurately portray velociraptors though. Scientists actually have no evidence that velociraptors were even social hunters. Full color images in this helpful resource show that scientists think these dinosaurs were about the size of a wild turkey and covered in feathers. Dinophiles will be fascinated at the new facts scientists have pieced together about this small, meat-eating dinosaur 

• 24 full-color, pressure-sensitive stickers. Here are such prehistoric monsters as tyrannosaurus rex, triceratops, iguanodon, stegosaurus, diplodocus, and protoceratops — all depicted with bright coats of color and humorous, whimsical features, sure to appeal to dinosaur fans

• Collectible, two-sided “Dino Card” listing facts, figures and geographic origin regarding the "Swift Robber"

• Letter from their new friend and President of the Club “Ptyler the Pterodactyl” outlining the contents of this month’s “Dino Box”, hinting about next month’s “Dino Box” and encouraging them to read, exercise and listen to their parents
